Tone Def

Tone Def is the latest venture from Procuratorial Official, gathering makers from around the world to manufacture one-off, bespoke, high-end audio casegoods. The identity was built to match that unapologetic ethos: a logo drawn against a Wim Crouwel-inspired grid, elastic enough to move and fill whatever space it occupies, paired with cinematic imagery juxtaposed against distortion for a bold, edgy register. I worked on the project at Matter, shooting photography and building the animation that brought the identity into motion.
